De tegenstanders van de Nederlandse clubs in de laatste voorronde van de Europa League zijn bekend. Utrecht, dat onder meer Borrusia Dortmund en Liverpool ontweek, lootte met Celtic alsnog een tegenstander van kaliber. Voordeel is wel dat Utrecht de tweede wedstrijd thuis speelt.

PSV en AZ lootte op papier een stuk eenvoudig met resp. Sibir Novosibirsk (Rusland) en Aktobe (Kazachstan) als tegenstanders. Feyenoord hoeft minder ver van huis en treft AA Gent, dat in de voorrondes van de CL werd uitgeschakeld door Ajax' tegenstander Dinamo Kiev.

Zowel Utrecht als PSV begint met een uitwedstrijd. AZ en Feyenoord beginnen thuis.
